I grew up in northern Minnesota and graduated college with a degree in Biology/ Fisheries. I moved to Brentwood, Tennessee to work as an environmental scientist. Raising a family of five children led to a career change to real estate appraiser and Realtor. Now I enjoy my family, farm, riding my horses, and fishing. I have teamed up with my son, Jotham Saunders and we look forward to helping our Clients with all of their real estate needs.
This friendly face belongs to Tommy Johnson. He was born and raised in Wayne County, Tennessee. His 15 years working as a farmer, and being involved in the farming community, has given him extensive knowledge of rural land in our area. Add that to his 21 years serving the people of Wayne County in the insurance business, along with currently 12 years in real estate, and you get a man with a first-hand look at a majority of the properties across Wayne County and the counties nearby. His family and friends often jokingly refer to him as the "human GPS' because of his knowledge of the area and its residents.
Outside of real estate, Tommy enjoys fishing, watching ball games, and spending time with his family. His favorite hobby, according to his family, is spending time caring for and loving his rescue dogs. He currently has 6 rescued "adopted family members" that he spoils daily.
Tommy is well-known in the community and has a reputation as a friendly, down-to-earth, and honest man. One of the many reasons he loves being in the real estate business is getting to meet new people. Another reason is that he gets to help the people he has known for years. He enjoys using his experience and knowledge of the land and the people to meet the needs of both buyers and sellers. He specializes in all kinds of real estate including hunting and recreational land, farms, country homes, and other rural properties. A little about myself. Born and raised here in Lawrence County; I know every curve in these back roads like the back of my hand. Graduated from Lawrence County High School back in 2016 and attended college at the University of Tennessee in Chattanooga. I have a wonderful family including my 2-year-old daughter Magnolia. When we are not busy at work we are outside exploring nature and enjoying the weather! In the warmer months, I have become fond of spending my time Jeeping and fishing, but anywhere near a body of water is a good time for me! In the colder weather, I am notably in the tree stands hunting Whitetail deer during the morning and getting cozy indoors in the afternoons!

Hey everyone, this is Fred Webb. I guess you would call a good ole southern country boy, and I’m very proud to be one! I was born and raised in Tennessee, just a couple of counties over to the west from Lawrence County. My parents were hard-working, honest country folk, that loved their family & loved GOD. These are the same traits that I have incorporated into my life. The wife and I have raised 3 sons that are grown now, and we couldn’t be prouder of the fine Christian men they have turned out to be! As a matter of fact, one is now the church pastor, where I have been the adult Sunday school teacher for many years, and all 3 are now helping sell Real Estate here at Southern TN Realty!
I could brag about my family all day, but I better tell ya’ll a little about my Real Estate career. I’ve been listing and selling properties for about 15 years, and I truly don’t know of any other job that I had rather be doing. My hobbies consist of just about anything, as long as it’s outdoors! I specialize in all types of rural properties such as county homes, farms, and hunting & recreational land ranging from a few acres up to hundreds of acres. Every morning before my feet hit the floor, I thank God for all he has blessed me with, including the opportunity to make a living at what I love doing! I have been a multi-million dollar producer from my first year on, have won numerous real estate awards, and was voted as Realtor of the Decade (by my family). My clients may start out as clients, but wind up as some of my best friends, and that’s one of the greatest rewards to this business. One of my past clients/friends gave me the title of the hardest-working Realtor east of the Mississippi River, and I try to live up to that title every day. If you are searching for a hard-working, honest, dedicated Realtor that will put in the time and effort to get the job done, then give me a call, and put the hardest working Realtor East of the Mississippi to work for you.
Thanks and God Bless, Fred
