This friendly face belongs to Tommy Johnson. He was born and raised in Wayne County, Tennessee. His 15 years working as a farmer, and being involved in the farming community, has given him an extensive knowledge of rural land in our area. Add that to his 21 years serving the people of Wayne County in the insurance business, along with currently 9 years in real estate, and you get a man with a first-hand look at a majority of the properties across Wayne County and the counties nearby. His family and friends often jokingly refer to him as the "human GPS' because of his knowledge of the area and its residents.
Outside of real estate, Tommy enjoys fishing, watching ball games, and spending time with his family. His favorite hobby, according to his family, is spending time caring for and loving his rescue dogs. He currently has 6 rescued "adopted family members" that he spoils daily.
Tommy is well known in the community and has a reputation as a friendly, down to earth, and honest man. One of the many reasons he loves being in the real estate business is getting to meet new people. Another reason is that he gets to help the people he has known for years. He enjoys using his experience and knowledge of the land and the people to meet the needs of both buyers and sellers. He specializes in all kinds of real estate including hunting and recreational land, farms, country homes, and other rural properties. Whether you are looking to buy or sell just a few acres or thousands, small homes or large estates, Tommy will work hard to meet your real estate needs.
If what you need is a friendly, knowledgeable, honest agent who will work diligently to meet your real estate needs, then give Tommy a call anytime at 931-722-4840!
Hunter Webb, A born and raised native to Tennessee. A second-generation real estate agent at Southern Tennessee Realty in Lawrenceburg, TN. He knew early in life from riding around with his dad/broker looking and showing properties that he had a passion for real estate, whether it is homes in the country, farmland, recreational land. Hunter stated that he couldn’t think of a better profession than selling what God created (land). As a newlywed and a new agent to the area, he couldn’t be happier to start a family and a career in the Lawrenceburg, TN area.
Hunter’s hobbies outside of real estate are spending time with friends and family. He also enjoys hunting, fishing, playing guitar, and most important worshiping his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Hi everyone, this is Tyler Webb from Lawrenceburg Tennessee. If you are taking the time to read this short bio, I want to personally, say “thank you!” I was born and raised right here in Tennessee, and plan on living out my days in these gorgeous rolling hills (unless the Lord has other plans of course.) In my opinion you won’t find a better area to raise a family, start a business, start your cow/ horse farm, or retire in anywhere in the world! The good Lord has put me right where I want to be! My hobbies include riding horses, hunting, and fishing (if it’s outdoors I enjoy doing it!) I am also a bivocational pastor and serve at Double Springs Baptist church in Savannah. I enjoy being a real estate agent, but my passion is telling others about the matchless name of Jesus Christ! For without His redemptive work at Calvary I wouldn’t be the man that I am today.
I have just started my real estate career and I am ready to go to work! With a great mentor (my dad who has been listing and selling for 15 years) and an eagerness to work, I am ready to serve you!
Hey everyone, this is Fred Webb. I guess you would call a good ole southern country boy, and I’m very proud to be one! I was born and raised in Tennessee, just a couple of counties over to the west from Lawrence county. My parents were hard-working, honest country folk, that loved their family & loved GOD. These are the same traits that I have incorporated into my life. The wife and I have raised 3 sons that are grown now, and we couldn’t be prouder of the fine Christian men they have turned out to be! And a matter of fact, one is now the pastor of the church, where I have been the adult Sunday school teacher for many years!
I could brag about my family all day, but I better tell ya’ll a little about my Real Estate career. I’ve been listing and selling properties for about 15 years, and I truly don’t know of any other job that I had rather be doing. My hobbies consist of just about anything, as long as it’s outdoors! I specialize in all types of rural properties such as county homes, farms, and hunting & recreational land ranging from a few acres up to hundreds of acres. Every morning before my feet hit the floor, I thank God for all he has blessed me with, including the opportunity to make a living at what I love doing! I have been a multi-million dollar producer from my first year on, have won numerous real estate awards, and was voted as Realtor of the Decade (by my family). My clients may start out as clients, but wind up as some of my best friends, and that’s one of the greatest rewards to this business. One of my past clients/friends gave me the title as the hardest working Realtor east of the Mississippi River, and I try to live up to that title every day. If you are searching for a hard-working, honest, dedicated Realtor that will put in the time and effort to get the job done, then give me a call, and put the hardest working Realtor East of the Mississippi to work for you.
Thanks and God Bless, Fred
